SinfulColors Holiday 2011 collection

I know I am real late with this post but I'm pretty sure these colors are still available. SinfulColors came out with these colors which they said are gem inspired.

Sugar Sugar reminds me of the red part of a candy cane. This is a bright red with a hint of red shimmer.

Midnight Blue is a bright navy blue which I think is the best type of blue. For some reason, to me, this screams WINTER!!!!!!

Last Chance is an emerald green that reminds me of the forest....a pine tree to be exact.

Daddy's Girl is a purple jelly with purple glitter. This was the only one that needed 3 coats but it was worth it because this color is gorgeous...especially when the light hits the glitter.

Out of This World is a frosty silver that is so clean that I think of weddings when I look at this color. It would be the perfect color to wear for a wedding or to one. This color is one you can wear often and with everything. This was my favorite out of all of them.

Along with the collection, are two metallic nail art shades.

Flower Girl is a bronze gold. When I look at this picture, I think of Wonder Woman.

Fashionista is a clear base packed with a whole lot of silver glitter.

I love nail art because you can do so many designs with them. My goal will be to get all of the nail art shades. :)

You can purchase these at your local Walgreens for $1.99 or online at www.walgreens.com . I believe you can also find them at your local Target.

Dr Remedy's Jolly and Joy 2011 Holiday Collection

Dr. Remedy's Enriched Nail Polish is a brand that was created by doctors are free from harmful chemicals. This polish is safe for pregnant women and kids. It's also great for people who have nail fungus, suffer from brittle or discolored nails, or are allergic to the chemicals in regular nail polish. It's 3 free and contains tea tree oil, vitamins, and wheat proteins.

I will show you Dr. Remedy's Jolly and Joy 20ll holiday collection. Since it's close to the holidays, what better collection to show you. As soon as I saw these colors in person, I couldn't wait to wear them. I automatically thought of Christmas. These colors are so beautiful and I will wear them a lot this holiday season. All of these are  2 coats with no base or topcoat.

"REVIVE Ruby Red: A shimmer-infused, Wizard of Oz-inspired shade of crimson."

"PASSION Purple: A bombshell-boysenberry with subtle silver meshed throughout."

"ESSENTIAL Emerald: A take on the classic tree-and-plant-inspired gem of a shade, with delicate glimmer and unparalled amounts of glamour."

"SERENE Silver Glitter: A seasonal sizzler like no other: shine, chic, totally unique in the metallic scene."

This has silver, red, and a light green almost blue glitter  in it

"RESOLUTION Red Glitter: A red-meets-copper spin that's sequin-look-alike laden with high-shine and sparkle."

This looks coppery pink to me. I have fallen in love with this color.

Dr. Remedy's is available online for $17 at www.remedynails.com or by calling 1-877-323-NAIL.

Dr Remedy's Instant Cover

Dr. Remedy's Instant Cover is a concealing cream that I've wanted to try since they came out with it. I've been looking for a concealer to cover my tattoo on my arm. In the profession that I'm in, we need to have out tattoo's covered and I would love to be able to wear short sleeves without having to put a jacket over it. So today, I'll show you Instant Cover.

The sponge comes already attached

this color is for medium skin tones

before

after
Of all the concealers I've tried, this one is the best...still a little off but the best. I say it's a little off because my complexion is a lot hard to match. I've never found one that's my exact shade. But as you can tell this did a good job of covering my tattoo. You can only see it a little. Maybe if I had outlined my tattoo using a concealer pencil and then using this it wouldve completely blended. I'm pretty happy with the results.

Instant Cover comes in three shades...light, medium, and dark.  It retails for $40. To order this, check out their website at www.remedynails.com.

Pink Wednesday Nicole by OPI Kim-pletely in Love

Today I have a polish for you that I recently picked up at Walmart. It's Nicole by OPI's Kim-pletely in Love from the new Kardashian collection called Kardashian Kolor. Now given her circumstances right now, I dont think that's true anymore but I know I'm in love with this color. It is a baby pink with very fine blue glitter. Now I see this polish as one that I will be wearing a lot so I think I will go back to get a back up of it. This is my first time using NOPI and I think the formula is great. It took 4 coats to get it semi-opaque but that's okay because I like the way it turned out.
